When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication data (via Firebase). If you sign in with Google, we receive your public Google profile information including name and profile photo. We also collect conversation data — messages you send to AI characters and AI-generated responses — to provide you with the core service, including chat history saving and continuation across sessions.

Your information is used solely to operate and improve AniCompanion: • To authenticate you and maintain your account • To save and retrieve your conversation history • To personalize your experience • To generate AI-powered responses via language models • To generate AI images upon your request We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Account data and conversation history are stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Generated images are stored temporarily on our servers and may be deleted periodically. We recommend you do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial details, passwords, or identification numbers) within conversations.

AniCompanion uses AI language models to generate conversational responses and AI image generation models to create images. All AI characters are entirely fictional. Conversations are processed through these models and may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve service quality. This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Firebase may set authentication-related cookies required for the login system to function.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will delete your Firestore data within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
