By accessing or using AniCompanion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AniCompanion. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18 without notice.

All AI characters on AniCompanion are entirely fictional and do not represent real people. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental. The AI-generated content — including conversations and images — is produced by machine learning models and should not be taken as real, factual, or representative of any real individual. AniCompanion generates adult-oriented content. This content is intended for mature audiences only and is accessible exclusively to verified adult users.

You agree not to: • Use the Service if you are under 18 • Attempt to circumvent any content filters or restrictions • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service • Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Service's source code or models • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service • Impersonate any person or entity

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of text you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant AniCompanion a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your messages.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected — do not rely on them for factual, medical, legal, or financial advice. AI characters are not companions in any real sense; they are software. We encourage users to maintain healthy real-world social connections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniCompanion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
